The EMF-50 furnace is the first Electric Fusion Furnace designed for simultaneous downloading of 50 crucibles. This Fusion furnace has 2 muffles №7, each of which is able to accommodate 25 crucibles 50 g, 65 g, and 75 g or 30 crucibles 30 g, 40 g, 55 g. Each door of the furnace is equipped with a personal pneumatic lifting device. Thus, the doors, which are independent from each other, contribute to the retaining heat in the working chamber while loading and unloading crucibles. The EMF-50 Fusion Furnace is twice as productive as the Electric Fusion Furnaces that currently is on the market.

The company EnProTech took part in the largest professional forum in the field of exploration and processing of solid minerals MINEX Far East 2019 on July 25-26. The forum was held in Khabarovsk that is the center of extraction of precious and non-ferrous metals and other solid minerals.

The event was attended by a large number of manufacturing companies that produce equipment for different processes as well as the producers of the technologies themselves.

Engineers of the company EnProTech carried out a successful presentation on the topic OREAS – certified reference materials of a new generation. This year the annually conference and exhibition MINEX Far East 2018 took place in Magadan, Russia on 18-20 July 2018. This even has been held in Magadan since 2015.

The conference and exhibition MINEX Far East 2018 took place under the auspices of the largest professional forum in the field of exploration and solid minerals mining in the territory of Eurasian continent countries.

292 Russian and foreign delegates participated in the forum. There were representatives from Australia, Belarus, Great Britain, Jordan, Canada, China, the Netherlands, Finland, France, Croatia, Switzerland, Sweden and South Korea.

In total more than 50 reports were heard at the forum, four seminars were held and two debatable panels were organized devoted to the prospects of mining development of the Far Eastern Federal District.

The industry investment and technological show where 29 companies participated, took place in parallel with a conference.

According to the Magadan region minister of natural resources Vladimir Mitkin, for all history of resource production on Kolyma since 1928 to present, from subsoil were taken more than 3 thousand tons of gold, over 15 thousand tons of silver, 72 thousand tons of tin and 85 million tons of coal, apart from other minerals.

“In general we observe the positive dynamics in this sphere since 2009” – the Natural Resources Minister of the region said and added that it was planned that year to produce 39 tons of gold due to input of new deposits of ZRK “Pavlik” and increase in “Pole Magadan” production.

The deputy CEO for development of Geotechnologies Institute Mikhail Leskov noted that if in the Magadan region and also in the whole country would continue positive dynamics of mining development then according to approximate calculations by 2030 Russia could win the first place in the world on gold mining volume and overtake China.

On May 22-23, 2018 in Moscow was held the 23rd Summit “Metals and Mining Industry of Russia and the CIS 2018”.

More than 150 representatives from metallurgical, mining, logistics, engineering, finance, legal and many other companies participated in the Summit.

Invited experts from Mongolia, Austria, UAE, UK, Luxembourg, Japan and other countries shared their experience and views on the industry and ways of its development on international level.

The anniversary X Congress and Exhibition “Non-ferrous Metals and Minerals-2018” will take place in Krasnoyarsk, Russia.
